A nourished time to let go

This poem by Charles Wright, is a beautiful reminder for me, in a time when I feel inspired and nourished to let go of patterns that no longer serve me, and release resistance, and obstructions to Light and Harmony in a way that feels complete, and Loving.

“Knot by knot I untie myself from the past

And let it rise away from me like a balloon.

What a small thing it becomes.

What a bright tweak at the vanishing point, blue on blue.”

Thank you for the rad poem, Charles Wright.

I am creating a reminder to myself that what is challenging now, will not always be this way, and that I regularly enjoy the results of letting go, and choosing something new. Onward and upward.
