Who?

Your Soul Manifestation Series facilitators are:

Elizabeth Trask, BScN, RN: I am committed to practicing a greater alignment with Love, in both my profession, and personal life practice. I practice as an instrument, a channel for healing, tones, and messages to move through. I have been in healing practice for over two decades. This has looked so many different ways over time: from facilitating group fitness, and co-creating personal training programs, to health administration, bedside nursing, and then to one-on one, and family consultation sessions. Every session is different, as I draw on a variety of energy medicines, tools, and modalities. I also create content for speaking engagements, and facilitate workshops and development retreats internationally. 

Bill Frase helps people access their true selves and experience the Ultimate Source for themselves. He is currently President and Co-founder of LightBringers Inc. and is the author of Soul Fire: Awakening to the Power of Divine Love and Divine Love Essentials. No matter when you decide to participate in the series, you will gain access to all of the previous session recordings, homeplay exercises, and key information needed to build a solid foundation to support your entry into the flow of soul manifestation information and inspiration. In other words, the Soul Manifestation Series is structured so you may go back to any point in the series and enter into the flow of information, inspiration, and development that’s available. Our Divine Teams have made it possible for anyone who views or listens to a session recording to be able to experience the same energies and influences that were available when the session was live if desired.

When?

You can participate anytime at your own pace with the abundant recorded content, invitations, and tools included. 

Eighth series of live zoom sessions and new content release dates, all Tuesdays:

  • June 17th, 2025 – Live Zoom Session – Homeplay sharing, prayer sit, trance message, sharing
  • June 24th, 2025 – Live Zoom Session – participant conversation
  • July 01st, 2025 – Recorded Bill & Elizabeth Conversation, in the Flow of the Current Content

How Much?

Individual Participation Minimum Suggested Donation – $77.00

We are requesting a minimum suggested donation of $77.00 (CAD) for individual SMS participants to experience…

Household Participation Minimum Suggested Donation – $99.00

If you desire to share anything available in the Soul Manifestation Series with others in your immediate household, we’re offering a household participation registration option for everyone in your immediate household! For a suggested minimum donation of only $99.00 CAD, anyone in your immediate household may join as full SMS participant. Or, if they don’t desire to participate in that way, you may feel free to share any and all SMS information and resources with them while still being within integrity and energies of the vessel of light that Source and All have woven together for the SMS and all participants (as long as they agree to keep the information private).

Financial Accessibility

We want to make this series available and accessible to people regardless of material circumstances. If you cannot afford the requested donation, simply indicate this on the registration form. Your access to the Soul Manifestation Series is NOT determined by your ability to pay the requested donation.

For prospective participants who may be concerned about not being able to pay the requested donation, please know that some SMS participants have made additional donations to create a scholarship fund for those who cannot pay the requested donation to support the Soul Manifestation Series.

Healing Light Harmonics zoom series

Healing Light Harmonics (HLH):  A recurring, 3 part series of online zoom development circles.
We created HLH to support people with integrating the unique energetic shifts and Light contributions available now, and through to the end of 2022.
In this unique time on Earth, where we are all rising to challenges personally and globally, we would like to offer an opportunity to cultivate tools for energetic hygiene, and deepen our connection to our breath, bodies, minds, spirits, and souls.
Together, we can choose to step into the continuous flow of unconditional Love!
We can greatly benefit from the increased Light available in the biosphere presently, and practice alignments with the highest harmonics of Love and Light available to us.

We cultivate a culture of gentleness and allowance, as we explore our unique experiences and share our desire to be open to the contributions we can receive, and be here, and now.
This circle offers us opportunities to practice the skills of being clear in our energetic intention; nurturing our desire to be aligned with the Harmonious Light energies, within the vessel of a guided meditation.
By practicing open receptivity, we are allowing the Healing Light frequencies to contribute to our personal healing and development, and collectively, we also contribute to the Earth, and the infrastructures of Light that surround it.
Each session opens with a warm welcome and then dives into the guided meditation. A period of silence follows to allow for each of us to offer our unique desires, longings, and gratitude, and for individual alignment with one’s own aspects as well as developing our unique rapport with Source.
During this silent time of open receptivity, there is opportunity for each individual to receive energetic nurturance, and release energetic discordances. A closing prayer of gratitude will be offered to close each meditation session. A brief opportunity for sharing personal experiences of the mediation will be offered every session.
Each participant who joins us, and brings their sincere desires for alignment with the highest Healing Light Harmonic energies available, will be gifted many opportunities for healing, uplifting, development and contributions to be ministered by the many Beings of Light.

These series will be recorded, and the replay made available to anyone who signs up to attend, creating flexibility for folks who are not able to attend all 3 in each series.
Our pilot Healing Light Harmonics, series of 3 begins  6:30pm-7:45pm, PDT, on September 27th, with the second session on October 4th, and the third session of the series on October 11th, 2022.

April 1-30, 2020 sessions are pay what you can

In Light of the intensity and uncertainty we face, for the whole month of April, I am offering distance healing sessions, to nourish and uplift the people I serve. Rather than my usual hourly rate, these will be pay what you can, by donation sessions.
I am inviting anyone for whom it is Light to work with me, by phone/distance, to reach out and let me know they are interested.
I am aware that lots of people are facing new and very challenging changes. They may really benefit from some support, and yet they may not have the same income that they usually do.
Please do not let finances be a barrier to you reaching out, and receiving support. 
For all of April, I am offering distance sessions, on a pay what you can, by donation basis.
Following our distance session you can e-transfer me what you can, or process a credit cared payment, via Square, over the phone, and if money isn’t what you have available right now, maybe you have an abundance of something else, like maybe garden veggies, herbs, garlic, fruit, eggies, maybe you raise animals, or hunt, and have meat, maybe you make soaps or lotions, maybe you create home canned preserves, maybe you have lots of beer, wine, or something else you can barter with, in exchange for your healing session.
This is available to new clients, as well as to all the beautiful people I have worked with before. If you know someone you sense could benefit from a distance healing session, and some uplifting nurturance, please feel free to share this message.

radiatiting from a place of full

I invite each of you to radiate from a place of full.

I am learning new ways to commit, more fully, to unconditional Love. This kind of Love opens Love for everyone, all of the time.

As powerful, and abundant as Love is, it always  honours our will. I am learning to invite Love in, welcome Love, and choose Love with every action, every word, and every breath.

As committed as I am to choosing Love, ease, and gentleness, I often find this challenging, especially when it comes to committing to unconditional Love for myself, free of judgement.

And yet, no choice I have made have been more rewarding  than my commitment to choosing Love and ease, free of judgement for myself, or others.

Judgement is a way to distance, limit, and separate.

The more I choose Love, the more Love opens in my life, everywhere. So very awesome.

May we all choose Love, and fill up, so full, overflowing the previously perceived edges, that we radiate from a place of feeling truly Loved, Love-able, and Loving.

We, each, deserve more Love than we have ever previously imagined or opened for ourselves. Love leads to Love.

I choose Love.

Yippee Skippy!

My first post, on the new site,

I have so much to say, and so much to write.

Sometimes, though, I find it odd,

when I go to share,  and instead feel awed,

At the brilliance in writing already online

what could possibly be gained, from sharing mine?

Perhaps therein lies the secret, the funny catch,

that mine is unique;  in my heart, it did hatch.

Inspired by Love, and courageous expression

I am practicing Love-based  healing, in every session.

I practice healing, as both a science and an art,

A collaboration with my mind, and heart.

On this site I intend to share,

my heart’s narrative, as I professionally ‘care-bear-stare.’
