Healing Light Harmonics zoom series

Healing Light Harmonics (HLH):  A recurring, 3 part series of online zoom development circles.
We created HLH to support people with integrating the unique energetic shifts and Light contributions available now, and through to the end of 2022.
In this unique time on Earth, where we are all rising to challenges personally and globally, we would like to offer an opportunity to cultivate tools for energetic hygiene, and deepen our connection to our breath, bodies, minds, spirits, and souls.
Together, we can choose to step into the continuous flow of unconditional Love!
We can greatly benefit from the increased Light available in the biosphere presently, and practice alignments with the highest harmonics of Love and Light available to us.

We cultivate a culture of gentleness and allowance, as we explore our unique experiences and share our desire to be open to the contributions we can receive, and be here, and now.
This circle offers us opportunities to practice the skills of being clear in our energetic intention; nurturing our desire to be aligned with the Harmonious Light energies, within the vessel of a guided meditation.
By practicing open receptivity, we are allowing the Healing Light frequencies to contribute to our personal healing and development, and collectively, we also contribute to the Earth, and the infrastructures of Light that surround it.
Each session opens with a warm welcome and then dives into the guided meditation. A period of silence follows to allow for each of us to offer our unique desires, longings, and gratitude, and for individual alignment with one’s own aspects as well as developing our unique rapport with Source.
During this silent time of open receptivity, there is opportunity for each individual to receive energetic nurturance, and release energetic discordances. A closing prayer of gratitude will be offered to close each meditation session. A brief opportunity for sharing personal experiences of the mediation will be offered every session.
Each participant who joins us, and brings their sincere desires for alignment with the highest Healing Light Harmonic energies available, will be gifted many opportunities for healing, uplifting, development and contributions to be ministered by the many Beings of Light.

These series will be recorded, and the replay made available to anyone who signs up to attend, creating flexibility for folks who are not able to attend all 3 in each series.
Our pilot Healing Light Harmonics, series of 3 begins  6:30pm-7:45pm, PDT, on September 27th, with the second session on October 4th, and the third session of the series on October 11th, 2022.

Many kinds of love

Love is pretty awesome, and pretty diverse.

For a long while, my fascination with love has lead me to explore lots of different actions, languages, expressions, and ceremonies of love.

I have learned about lots of different kinds of love; parental love, romantic love, sibling love, and pet love, to name only a few. And of course not just people can be loved, it is also possible to love nature, music, cities, and countless material things, like food.

I sense there may be a benefit, for the purpose of this post, in acknowledging two main kinds of love.

What if there is natural love, the kind of love I write with a lower case ‘l’. This kind of love is created by people, it can be very nurturing, and contributive, and can also include errors, inconsistencies, incongruities, and conflict, like human beings themselves. This love involves the depths of the material mind, the intellect, and is sometimes practiced as conditional love, that can be withdrawn if the conditions are not met.

And what if there is also Divine Love, the kind of Love I write with an upper case “L”. Love that was created by Divine, and shared with people only if they earnestly seek it, as even Divine does not interfere with a human being’s sovereign choice. What if this Love is infinite and is not prone to the errors, incongruities, and conditions of humanity, as it is not created by humanity.This kind of Love is expansive, infinite, and unconditional. This Love engages with a being on all levels, with the body, mind, heart, emotions and also with the essence of a being, at the Spirit, or Soul level.

No matter which love you find yourself most connected with, choosing love, and practicing love are enormous, and expansive contributions to the individual, to the greater population, and to the planet and universe as well.

Love is for everyone, and everyone deserves the freedom to choose to be, and receive the Love they long to Be, and receive.

I have been writing and leaving Love notes; words of acknowledgement, and gratitude, on my travels for more than 20 years. This joyful practice has inspired an interactive art instillation.

Starting on January 2nd, 2020, Township Coffee, located at 4343 Tyndall Road, in beautiful Victoria, BC, Canada, will be hosting an interactive art installation titled Love unites all.

How do you participate?
January 2nd until February 13th, 2020:
-Come visit Township coffee and check out the Love notes!
-If you are inspired, please share your loving words, gratitude, kindness and/or acknowledgment by writing your words clearly on a sticky note
-Write #LoveUnitesAll somewhere on your note to help it be shared on social media
-Place your note on one of the 2 designated walls at Township coffee
-And we invite you to post pictures of your favourite notes and tag us @Traskington and @Townshipcoffee and #LoveUnitesAll when you see notes you like at the shop, and on February 14th, 2020 and beyond, when you see these Love notes out in the world.
On February 14th, 2020:
We welcome you to come in and pick up a note or two to share in the world, where you perceive it can be a contribution. Maybe you sense a note could have uplifting impact when placed on the mirror in a public bathroom, or on an indoor school/community notice board, or in a public place, or a place of transit, or somewhere you are inspired to share some Love and some levity

Coffee Food Love

Coffee. Food. Love. These words have been central in the last few years of my day-to-day life.

I moved from a window-walled, penthouse apartment in Vancouver to beautiful Victoria, and I started baking at a community coffee shop, in addition to my healing practice. The bakery for this coffee shop is located underground; no windows, no natural light.

While some things have changed, some things remain the same. Much of my meditation, and healing practices just moved underground, and I learned to practice in parallel with kitchen productivity.

In my underground lair I had a lot of time to be with myself, with no other people, or daylight, and few distractions.  I created beautiful food, and breathed, and prayed. I practiced the craft of cooking while meditating, and learned to be an amplified instrument of Love-Food; something I have long practiced was now being shared on a larger scale.

With that idea in mind I will also share the awareness I came to, about expanding the reach, of a Lovefull message.

I have been praying, cultivating my own, individual relationship with Divine for a long while, and I have been doing it privately. Generally, and for as long as I can remember, I have preferred to pray alone, mostly not out loud, or in front of other people. I knew I was very comfortable with someone when I would find myself praying easily in their presence.

Increasingly, I am perceiving guidance that there may be value in sharing my prayer practices, and Lovefull ideas with others. What if sharing my perspective might open more choice for others?

I do not define myself as an expert, of anything really, especially not anything to do with the Divine, or Love, or religion of any kind.  I am more of a persistent student, with a real taste for ‘humble-pie’.

It is in this Light I long to be an instrument of Love, and a contribution of service.

I perceive that I am to share this message of ‘Divine Love available for anyone who chooses it, with true longing, and openness.’

While I have studied, and continue to study, lots of different kinds of healing, and tools, and resources, I do not call myself a healer, a teacher, nor a writer.

There are times that I am not so sure that I really identify with this role I am being guided to pursue. I might have imagined, and actually have publicly spoken about, many other topics readily, and yet this topic feels different.

I truly long to be an open channel of Divine Love and healing for me, and the Earth, and all beings, and choosing awareness of my guidance is only one step on this parth. Acting on my guidance is another important step, making choices that reflect my guidance and inner-most longings sounds so easy, and yet sometimes I find it challenging.

Challenging or easy, I am committed to choosing true caring for me, in total allowance of me, as I learn to be a truly open channel of Love. I’ll keep practicing and see what gets created…

courage with a capital ‘C’

I am so grateful for my growing courage in allowing, and expressing my creativity; freely, Lovingly, and with great Frequency.

I am learning to allow whatever comes up.

I am practicing reaching for Love and gentleness in what ever arises in my Life situation.

I am learning to notice what comes up, without judgement or wrongness, and it is expanding my awareness, and possibilities.

The more often I choose Love, the more my Faith in my commitment, to reach for Love, grows.

When in my daily life, I choose to align with ease, when I choose Love for me, I radiate my growing Light to all.

When I trust that I will reach for Love, and honour my integrity, as my dynamic life unfolds, I nourish my courage, and all aspects of my authentic being.

I am grateful for my growing courage to choose, and keep choosing, true Caring, and total allowance of me, and who I Be.

I am finding it takes some courage to choose, with open awareness,

Choosing in allowance of the unknown, which the material mind may label as scary, can take courage, and practice. Sometimes the mind’s judgement of the unfamiliar creates fear, limitation, and avoidance,

I can dip into my well of courage to choose things that are unfamiliar, and open my awareness to more possibilities, and my willingness to choose, and re-choose, opens the reality of True freedom.

I am practicing asking more often than concluding, and I like how Light it feels. I like that I am, choice-by-choice, creating my life, in total allowance of me, with infinite possibilities.

I am so very grateful for my health, and well being.

I am grateful for coffee, food, and Love.

Love is real

Love is real…  and it is everywhere

Love leads to Love.

Choosing Love, creates more Love.

Love grows as it is shared authentically.

Invest in the instrument; invest in the orchestra.

When I allow Love to nourish me,

I can choose to fill my being with Love, and radiate from full.

Infinite Love is real.

There is ample Love for everyone.

Infinite Love is in total allowance of you, and who you Truly be.

Love holds no grievances.

Love is for everyone.

And I am soooooo grateful.

What if breath carries Love?

What if…

Deepening breath, deepens our thoughts.

Breathing deeply, helps us communicate our Truth with Love.

With each Love-full breath, we can invite Love in, and help it grow.

By nourishing me, with my breath, I am nourishing you; radiating Love from a place of full.

I am learning that my breath is one of my most powerful tools to support my body, and remain harmonious, even around those who are suffering, or upset.

Today is a double-awesome day of celebrations.

Today is an Aquarius new moon, I wish a happy new moon to all! And, with the 2nd new moon following Winter Solstice, we also get to celebrate Chinese new year.

Happy new year, filled with Love,  joy, ease, and abundance for all!

This past year has held so very much change, focused commitment, healing, learning, and more Love than I had imagined possible.

This year, I am affirming my commitment to choosing true caring for me, more than ever before.

Loving vision

When we choose to see the world with appreciation; gratitude for isness, we open to an adventure in awe and abundance.

When we choose to see the world through a perspective of infinite beauty, we find beauty is everywhere, and generous.

When we choose to see the world with Light, we find there is Light everywhere we look, and we radiate from a place of full.

When we choose to see the world with Love, we open to the Truth; Love is everywhere, and for everyone.

We open to a world where we are allowed to feel Loved, Loveable, and Loving, we open a world of infinite possibilities, intimate connections, and so much Joy.
